Medical Conditions
With obesity, diabetes, blood pressure problems, mental health issues etc on the rise in adults and children if we don't suffer from an ailment, we all know someone who does.

I truly believe that many of our medical conditions can be influenced by lifestyle choices and have had many success stories in managing and improving these conditions.

Just take the example of diabetes. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to several health issues from kidney damage, to loss of sight, removal of limbs and, worst case scenario, death. But by just controlling your blood sugar through diet and exercise you can avoid all of this without the aid of medication and, in my opinion, it is never too late to change your habits.
I have successfully trained many Type 2 Diabetics and controlled and reduced their blood sugars through diet & exercise and even reduced and, in some cases, stopped their dependency on injecting insulin. Even Type 1 Diabetics can reduce their dependence on insulin by controlling diet and exercising, meaning fewer injections.
This I believe is a win in anyone's eyes!
