In October 2018 we completed the Bright10, which is a 10 mile run along the beautiful Brighton seafront. Abi took part this time and what a superb job she did. Having not been able to run 100m a year ago to completing 10 miles in the goal time of under 1hr 30 mins. Now onto a half marathon for all clients who are interested!

In 2018 we took on the ultimate challenge, we completed a 9 Peaks Challenge. We completed the National 3 Peaks, Yorkshire 3 Peaks and Welsh 3 Peaks in 3 days. With approx 23,000ft of climbing and around 1000 miles of travelling. We are again raising money for our chosen charity The Youth Counselling Project based in Seaford.

In 2017 we decided to up the anti on the challenge front and we completed the Welsh 3 Peaks. We had to climb Pen-y-Fan, Cadair Idris and Snowdon all within 24hrs which included 6 hours of driving. I am very proud of the team, Rob, Franco and I have been hiking for years. However we had newbies to hiking in Rosie and Adam who had never summited a mountain before this day. This is the first year that I had associated myself with a local charity The Youth Counselling Project based in Seaford. I am very happy to say that we raised £1000 to go towards the charity to help our youths through depression, anxiety and self harm.

The first challenge set was the 10km Mud Monster Run. Adam completed the run with me and what an amazing effort. From not being able to run 400m a few months ago to completing one of the muddiest if not the muddiest mud run in the UK. Flying over the obstacles on a beautiful May day, it made me proud to think of the development Adam has been through over the past several months. WELL DONE Adam....
